To Play the Clip: Click on the Link to the video clip and a small Quicktime video window should load.
If a "Blocking" window comes up Click Unblock.
The clip may begin to play automatically or you may need to click on the Play button
to begin the movie clip.
You may need to set your Quicktime "Connection Speed", accessible via the downward pointing triangle in the lower right corner of the video window.
Select a speed BELOW the maximum speed of your network connection. Select the "Streaming" tab in the Quicktime Preferences to select an appropriate connection speed. If you set too high you may have more problems than if you set too low. You may have to experiment a bit to figure out what works best for you and your system. Typically a setting of 112 works best for a 256K DSL, a setting of >= 384 for a higher speed DSL and a setting of >= 512 for cable. While higher settings allow access to higher quality clip versions, your ISP connection problems may also increase resulting in intermittent sound, dropped video, and other transmission/reception problems.
Recommendations: Quicktime Player 7 <http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/> and at least a 256K DSL or faster connection.
If you would like to resize the window, you can right-click (Mac = control-click) and download these small reference movies and open them from your desktop and use the View menu in Quicktime to increase the window size.
