They will deliver, unlock, and help hand out and set up the computers if requested. Be certain to connect the ethernet cable either directly to the wall plate (a red dot) or using the adapter to the laptop connection on the instructor workstation AND plug the wireless access point on the top of the cart into the plug on the back of the workstation and plug the main plug directly into a live electrical outlet.
3. At the end of the class or use period, the Faculty or Staff member is responsible for asking the students to return the computers to the correspondingly numbered slot in the cart (Please don't try to plug them back in.), LOCKING the cart, and returning both the key and the cart. Again if assistance is needed they can seek the assistance from the IC Tech Assistant currently on duty.
4. The IC Tech Assistant on duty should then plug in all the laptops, plug in both circuits, and then turn on both charging switches on the back of the cart. Lock the cart and return the key to the Circ Desk.
