ITS STUDENT HELP DESK COMPUTER LAB (CC120)

The main computer lab is located in CC120 (north side of CC building, first floor). Located in the lab is the ITS Student Help Desk and is available during normal lab hours.

The lab has a 60 machine capacity for student/faculty/staff use.

5 Macintosh systems
    - 4 Mac Minis (dual boot ready)
    - 1 Mac G5 video editing station

55 Windows™ systems
    - 52 Dell desktop computers
    - 2 scanning stations
    - 1 group workstation

3 laser printers
    - 2 black & white printer
    - 1 color printer

The Help Desk/CC120 is open during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-12am
Friday: 7:30am-5pm
Saturday: 12pm-5pm
Sunday: 2pm-12am

*extended lab hours are in effect during the last 3 weeks of each semester during the normal academic year.

Summer Hours run Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

INFORMATION COMMONS COMPUTER LAB (Library)

The Bethel University Information Commons (IC) computer classroom is located on the main floor of the library (in the HC building), near the IC Help Desk.

The lab has a 50 machine capacity for student, faculty, or staff use although the classroom only has 26 - 32 available for Library/IC related teaching.

26 iMacs
    - All machines are dual boot ready with Windows XP and Mac OS 10.4.x.

6 Windows towers in carrels

18 MacMini boot to Windows

Multimedia workstations
    - Students/Faculty (located in HC309)

Notebooks (Mac and PC)
    - Available for checkout use within the Library.

Wireless access is available in most of the Library.
    - Access Point (AP) is BU-Wireless

Two laser printers are available, located near the computer classroom. (HC303-1, HC303-2)

The IC lab is open the following hours during the school year:

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-12am
Friday: 7:30am- 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: 2:00pm-12am
