Employee Computer Request

The Employee Computer Request Form is for requesting a computer for either a new or an existing employee. Computers are no longer replaced on any given lifecycle as most computers are now capable of meeting most of the expectations of average employees for many years. Existing employees may request a replacement computer based upon their work needs and the availability of resources. Please note that the request may take up to 2 weeks for an approval, and the ordering and installation may take an additional 2-6 weeks.
