Student On Campus Printing Policy

The following printing policy was developed by the Academic Computing Services Advisory Committee, a faculty committee. The policy was developed to allow students adequate printing resources for all course needs and yet to also encourage good stewardship of both campus and and natural resources.

Each student is allowed 500 free pages per year (May to May the following year) printed on Bethel's printers.  Pages you print beyond your 500-page quota will be automatically billed to your student account about May 10 at $0.11 per page. Each page printed on a color printer is $0.99, and thus counts as 9 pages.

Monthly reminders will be sent as users reach certain page count levels. To check the number of pages you have printed, go to https://bsp-spooler.its.bethel.edu:9192/user and login using your BCA account.
