Information Technology Services at Bethel University agrees to support the following software, on PC and Macintosh computers, in the following manner. This list will be reevaluated at the end of the second semester of each school year.
I. Full Support - This includes support of the installation and the functionality of the application.

II. Installation Support - This includes support of the installation of the software. This does not include application functionality. The software license may need to be purchased by the department.

III. Provided Software Support - This includes software that Information Technology will make available, either by an ITS license, or by having the user's department purchase a license. However, the user is required to install and provide their own troubleshooting support for the software.

IV. Unsupported Software - This includes software that Information Technology will not provide support for the availability, installation, or application functionality.
