Configuring Entourage X for Bethel IMAP

From the main menu in Entourage, select Tools and then Accounts... from the drop down menu.
In the Accounts window select the Mail tab if it isn't already selected and then click the New icon.
Select IMAP from drop down menu and then Click OK.

Entourage Imap

In the Account name: field, type Bethel IMAP .
In the Name: field, type your name.
In the E-mail address: field, type your Bethel email address.
In the Account ID: field, type your Bethel login name
- Note: Entourage tries to guess your user name from your email address, so make sure your user name is entered correctly in the Account ID: field.
In the IMAP Server: field, type imap.bethel.edu
If you want Outlook to remember your password, type your password. If not, just leave the password field blank.
In the Outgoing mail server field, type smtp.bethel.edu. Click OK and then close the Accounts window to finish.
